the boarders started this morning with the upper level and should have that floor relatively drywalled today.

we have had to insulate between granny's rooms and the upstairs to make sure no noise gets through. The renters in Salmon Arm have been complaining about the late night revelry and loud and raucous partying that has been occuring from the suite! Paul, Tara, Wade, and I have worked some very long hours including the weekend trying to get ready for the drywallers.

insulation all done by the in-house professional crew and insulation inspection passed. the inspector commented that he doesn't see this kind of quality in insulation and sealing and also added that the whole house construction has been one of the best that he has seen!!!!!!!!!!!!

The inspection process down here is certainly different from what we are used to but had framing inspection today and passed although we found out that in Saanich you can't insulate until all of the building paper for rainproofing is on so we had to go back outside and should have the rest of the tyvek paper on by coffee tomorrow and then begin insulation.
