the inspections have been passed and although there is still a lot of finishing to do Dawn, Paul, Paka, Popo and myself spent our first night here Saturday ya!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

the granite countertops were so heavy that the suppliers didn't want to try and pack them up the stairs so they brought in a crane to take them over the house and then down to the deck and into the dining room

hooray! the last guardrail and spindles completed.

the appliances have arrived

interior railings finally starting to take shape, I won't tell you how long I have been working on them or the number of challenges that have occured but they do look nice!
